Using evidence based principles, I want to educate, empower, and support you and your family in your health journey.

Health is about so much more than a number on the scale. Together, we can focus on caring for your whole well-being by learning to tune into your body’s signals, honor hunger and fullness, and build a positive relationship with food. Instead of guilt and restriction, the goal is balance, variety, and sustainable habits that support both physical and mental wellness.
