I currently live in College Station and provide virtual nutrition counseling services to those in Texas using a HIPPA compliant platform. I love spending time with my husband and two very active boys, running, and being outside. My faith in Christ, my love for family and friends, and my desire to help others inform the core values I live by.

Why I do what I do

Diet culture can be overwhelming and full of harmful food rules. We are told what our bodies need rather than listening to the needs of our individual and uniquely made bodies. This can lead to restricting and dissatisfaction, which causes a distrust between our minds and bodies.

My passion for nutrition and educating others comes from my own struggles and success. I personally can relate to the struggles you may have while trying to build trust with your body, food, and exercise as I have had to learn to respect and honor the needs of my body throughout the years. You aren't alone! But I can also attest to the fact that the freedom felt on the other side is worth it!
